Code Issues Packages Projects Releases Wiki Activity

- Added "static bool Interval_nt_advanced::want_exceptions = true". 

- Updated overlap_action() to use it.
- Removed the ugly macros CGAL_IA_NO_EXCEPTION and CGAL_IA_NO_WARNING.
