Laurent Rineau 778c3c7363 Ship the lib/ sub-directory with the Windows installer 
It contains `lib/cmake/CGAL/CGALConfig.cmake`.

Otherwise, the CGAL header-only cannot be used (with CMake) if CGAL source
were installed by the Windows installer.

environment variable.

1/ Add a dialog popup for the error "lenght too long"
2/ Remove the check for ReadRegStr. I set it wrongly: if the read does not
work, it only means the variable does not exist.

Laurent Rineau 9a4bed21b6 NSIS can replace the PATH variable instead of appending it, when it is long 
http://nsis.sourceforge.net/Environmental_Variables:_append,_prepend,_and_remove_entries#Usage

"Warning this code will replace paths rather than append if the existing
path exceeds the maximum string length in the NSIS build you are
using. Some setup crash can also occurs. "

Laurent Rineau dc0e3112f7 Make C:\Program Files\ the default installation dir 
On x64 versions of Windows, the default installation directory was
« C:\Program Files (x86)\ ». Our installer does not install x86 or x64
binaries, but source code. So C:\Program Files\ seems the best choice on
all Windows version.

Laurent Rineau 7bc88041e5 Now that the section GMP_LIB_Idx is a simple section, it can not longer be 
*partially selected* (SF_PSELECTED), but only *selected* (SF_PSELECTED)!

This one-character-patch will fix the issue about the disabled checkbox in
envarsPage, where we cannot make NSIS add the GMP_LIB_DIR to the PATH.

Laurent Rineau 6c2d4dc8b0 Update of the Windows installer. As the precompiled libraries 
(gmp/mpfr, blas/lapack/taucs) are no longer compiled with different
variants, the variants selection page is turned in a single platform
selection page (32 bits or 64 bits).
