Sylvain Pion eede712857 - Fix "warning: array subscript is above array bounds" with g++ -O3. 
It was actually a real bug.
- Rewrote the loops for clarity as well.

Christophe Delage a7f0ead112 Triangulation_3 iterator range insert and constructors now 
use spatial_sort.
Examples and demos now call range insert when possible.
