Luis Peñaranda 1c2f4582c0 Some changes in the Gmpfi and Gmpfr classes: 
-eliminated useless 'inline' keywords;
-wrapped to 80 columns;
-added extra assertions in functions;
-eliminated the reference counting from Gmpfi, since the reference counted
endpoints do the job;
-minor details in documentation.
