Alexander Kobel ab11983943 copied docs for cgal_create_assertions.sh to the description 
of package-level scripts.
(It is the only non-internal script; thus, I didn't bother to add
an additional scripts chapter in the public dev manual as it used
to be in the internal manual.)

Sébastien Loriot 16b498b6e3 reference to the public documentation of Object, 
add the usage of dispatch output iterators and remove,
in my opinion, outdated several polymorphic objects returned 
(which is general and not specific here).
