Laurent Rineau 15fb0069cc Fix link errors in the building of the Debian packages 
- The Debian package uses `-DCGAL_ENABLE_PRECONFIG=OFF` and
  `WITH_GMPXX=ON`. In that setup, GMPXX must in the "essential" 3rd
  party libraries.

- The CGAL_Core library must be linked with its
  dependencies (compilation error with `-zdefs`).

We have to check `__GXX_EXPERIMENTAL_CXX0X__`.

The issue in Boost-1.53 is that the other macro
`__GXX_EXPERIMENTAL_CPP0X__` is checked instead.
