Laurent Rineau fa5a9cc6cc Remote that test...
Long time ago, CGAL was using the Boost Result_of library, that prevailed
before `std::tr1::result_of` and then `std::result_of` were standardized in
the C++ norm. Then CGAL made a switch to using the wrapper
`CGAL::cpp11::result_of`, implemented either with `tr1::result_of`, or a
C++11 decltype-based implementation...

The test is just checking that, when C++11 the decltype implementation is
used, the result is the same as with `tr1::result_of`... Now that we know
it works, let's remove the test (that no longer compile with Boost 1.65).

A partial implementation was deleted from the Alpha_shapes_2 package without
moving the functions to the kernel...
This implementation adds the missing overloads (4, 3, and 2 points)

This is a function where the implementation is in the file
Kernel_23/include/CGAL/Kernel/function_objects.h

When the implementation is different for Cartesia and Homogeneous coordinates
the code should go into the function_objects.h files
in the packages Cartesian_kernel and Homogeneous_kernel

For the header only version, the global variable default_random no more exist => we need to replace all occurences of default_random by a call to the global function get_default_random().
As usual, no modification for the non header only version.

Laurent Rineau 269ae1ca61 Fix the uses of std::basic_ios::bad(), and use fail() instead.
bad() implies fail() but std::basic_ios::operator! is actually equivalent
to std::basic_ios::fail(), not bad().

For example,
    std::ifstream is(argv[1]);
    if (is.bad()) {
is probably wrong because, in case the file does not exist, only the failbit it set,
and not the badbit.

Other example:
   double x;
   is >> x;
If the stream 'is' does not contains a string that can represent a double,
then failbit is set (and maybe the eofbit if the stream is actually too
short), but not the badbit.

bad() can be used, in case fail() returned true, to discriminate between a
I/O error and a logical error.

Laurent Rineau fa7588e6e5 Restore correct permissions of files
File created by the Windows port of Emacs, and then commited using the
Cygwin version of Git, have incorrect permissions: they are all executable!
Andreas works using that combination of software.
