Andreas Meyer	4ea7c77ba6	(1) length is a global entity. latex complains, when two lengthes with ... the same name are defined. resolved by prefixing each length (2) the whole chapter is now enclosed by \begingroup .. \endgroup, to prevent namespace pollution with userdefined macros (latex again complains if an already defined macro is being redefined with \newcommand) (3) the html converter has problems with \footnotes that contain local macros (i.e. macros that are enclosed in \begingroup .. \endgroup) "resolved" by replacing the macros (4) replaced \reals with \real, and \Cpp with \CC (as supplied by the manual_tools)	2006-03-17 18:23:06 +00:00
