Laurent Rineau 54e1b5f5e1 Split PCA 
There is a new `Principal_component_analysis_LGPL` packages that gather
the three LGPL headers from PCA:

- `<CGAL/barycenter.h>`
- `<CGAL/bounding_box.h>`
- `<CGAL/centroid.h>`
