Hervé Brönnimann dee7773c30 No important modifications. I did add a flag for non-inclusion of 2d stuff, 
but it was a bad idea so I removed it.

"make clean" should clean the whole directory
"make Test" should also create the symlinks in include/CGAL
"make Package" should remove those symlinks
