Michael Hoffmann e8449e74e2 Added flags for patched STLport to ADDIOTIONAL_CXXFLAGS for MSVC. 
Standard header tests give now feedback (ok/no).
Stripped quotes from unix file/pathnames.
Added cygpath use for non-iteractive modes also.
No object file specification in compiler call.
