Laurent Rineau 54c0074124 Fix glitches in the tests results pages 
Since the switch to Qt5, there was two extra empty columns at the end of the
first table, and the detection of the optimizing platforms was wrong.

Also the detection of 32 bits platforms.

Laurent Rineau 63926d4b04 Add a check so that the test results processing script no longer tries to 
process files that are not completely transferred. In that case, the sshd
process still has an open file descriptor on the file, and fuser can detect
that.

Laurent Rineau 94cab335ee - Not longer display BLAS, LAPACK, TAUCS versions (because they are 
empty in cmake testsuites).
- No longer display "(CMAKE)" in red (almost all platforms are using
  cmake now).
- Remove the tester login name from the platform name in the summary.

- no longer collect Boost.(Thread|Bimap|ProgramOption) support (only the
    Boost version is shown),
  - no longer collect CUSTOM_LDFLAGS, but only CXXFLAGS.(same for ld
  flags).

Laurent Rineau 92489b251b Followup to revision 45768: "Add a testresult 'r' (which will means 
"requirements not found (by cmake)". The y/w/n triple will now be a
quadruple y/w/n/r!"

Now the test results pages will show 'r' results in blue.

Laurent Rineau 1cd9d75dd7 Make shortnames contain <COMPILER>_<OSTYPE>, instead of <OSTYPE>_<COMPILER>. 
That way, testresults will be ordered in a more intuitive order.
