Laurent Saboret b2d48e929d Split Surface_reconstruction_3 into Point_set_processing_3 and Surface_reconstruction_points_3 (part 3): 
* Update Gyroviz
* Delete Surface_reconstruction_3
* Replace Surface_reconstruction_3 by Point_set_processing_3 and Surface_reconstruction_points_3 in CGAL test suite

Status: 
* Both packages compile on Unix/g++ 4.1.2 and Visual C++ 8. The test suites are OK for both compilers.
* The documentation compiles for both packages.

TODO:
* Update the documentation and package_info

Laurent Rineau 3b5825b915 Now that we have release the beta1 of CGAL-3.4, and branched for CGAL-3.4, 
the trunk is now REOPEN for experimental commits, major breaking, crazy
stuff. Do what you want now, I do not care!

Laurent Rineau 94cab335ee - Not longer display BLAS, LAPACK, TAUCS versions (because they are 
empty in cmake testsuites).
- No longer display "(CMAKE)" in red (almost all platforms are using
  cmake now).
- Remove the tester login name from the platform name in the summary.

- no longer collect Boost.(Thread|Bimap|ProgramOption) support (only the
    Boost version is shown),
  - no longer collect CUSTOM_LDFLAGS, but only CXXFLAGS.(same for ld
  flags).

Laurent Rineau bdb20dd5ce Add AABB_tree in the release. That package is not documented for 
CGAL-3.4. It will hopefully become a reviewed and accepted package for the
release after CGAL-3.4.
