Jane Tournois c21fc4f238 remove circular dependency and corresponding fwd declarations 
include in helpers.h was introduced by 0528592011
in 2019 for backward compatibility, it can now be removed

Jane Tournois 63f9aa27e9 use c-cast instead of {}-cast 
* cast double to float is forbidden with {} because it loses information
* cast double to float or to exact types is OK

* numeric_limits<FT> does not work for exact types FT
* using explicitely numeric_limits<float>, is not an option either
because casting it to exact FT would not work

This change is caused by the improvement of Lookup_named_param_def which added
support for reference named parameters:
aaa3947e40
Despite not being required, compilers will try to compile the `::reference`
branch if Eigen is not present, and complain about the type `Default& == void&`

Changing it to `CGAL::Default` will solve that, and align it with what
is done in other packages such as Surface_mesh_parameterization
