Laurent Rineau b816b9a965 The test for C++0x rvalue reference was too basic 
LLVM Clang compiler does support the rvalue reference syntax, but the C++
library it uses may have, or not, std::move and std::forward.

Laurent Rineau 2afac8aac9 Fix CMakeLists.txt, ligne 319: the variable ${CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX} must be 
quoted. It can contain special characters. For example, on Windows Vista 64
bits, by default, it is "C:/Program Files (x86)/CGAL".
