Laurent Rineau 351c3233be - Deprecate operator()(T1, T2, T3, T4) of Kernel::CompareSquaredDistance_[23] 
and move it to Kernel::CompareDistance_[23].
- Add CGAL::compare_distance(T1, T2, T3, T4).

(Test suite OK.)
