Laurent Rineau 56057487d5 - Add a class CGAL::Image_3, that summarize useful features of CGALimageIO. 
- Add VTK import/export functions to CGALimageIO.
- Add a CGALimageIO+VTK demo: open an image file with CGALimageIO then
  use VTK's marching cubes to display an isolevel.
