Laurent Rineau 54c0074124 Fix glitches in the tests results pages 
Since the switch to Qt5, there was two extra empty columns at the end of the
first table, and the detection of the optimizing platforms was wrong.

Also the detection of 32 bits platforms.

Laurent Rineau bf8f42b972 For next announcements I should be careful! 
I do not know if it is too late for the announcement of CGAL-4.6 (the
messages are under review my moderators), but for CGAL-4.7 I should be
careful to use my "CGAL email address" while sending the announcement
mails.

Laurent Rineau be3aae126e Fix the release creation script 
That fix explains why the integration branch was not reset correctly:
cgal-dev was not fetched, so cgal-dev/master was still pointing to a
commit made three weeks ago.

Laurent Rineau b7414ca91b No longer test Boost 1.44 and 1.48 
There is a bug: BOOST_HAS_THREADS is not defined when Boost-1.44 is used
with recent gcc compilers:
