Sylvain Pion dda69ef6cd Remove CGAL_CFG_NO_SFINAE and CGAL_CFG_NO_PRAGMA_FENV_ACCESS as they were 
only for "prospective" testing, and are not used (and not clear if they
will be useful one day either).
