Menelaos Karavelas 974e5de242 number_of*() methods now return size_type; code in testsuite as well 
as in Apollonius_graph_2 and Apollonius_graph_hierarchy_2 had to be updated

Menelaos Karavelas 0599e3e349 added the CGAL_CFG_NO_AUTOMATIC_TEMPLATE_INCLUSION macro on the .h 
files that include .C files; also removed an inline directive from
the Apollonius_graph_2.C file

Menelaos Karavelas dcba8c513a removed several type definition requirements from the traits class; 
also updated the test suite and modified the conic curves definitions so that they would be defined using the traits class

changed type name in Apollonius_graph_2 from Apollonius_site_2 to Site_2;
changed some method names so that they do not use the string "weighted point"
