Added CGAL_WINLIB_CXXFLAGS, set -fpermissive for gcc-solaris.
Added WINDOW_INCLUDE, set to /usr/openwin/include for solaris.
Show gcc-3 as supported, 2.9X only for X=5, egcs not at all.
Add -O to CGAL_LIB_CXXFLAGS and CGAL_SHARED_LIB_CXXFLAGS.
