Geert-Jan Giezeman eac4effc4e File headers in examples get set. 
The version file is now copied to the examples subdirectories.

Geert-Jan Giezeman 7b7066149a Renamed examples test directories to e.g. CLN_Examples instead of 
ExamplesCLN. This keeps the packages more together.

Geert-Jan Giezeman c80fe1439c Added a warning when in testing mode. 
Now automatically places result file on web pages and version file
in repository.
Adapted creation of test/src directory: mv makefile_lib to makefile
and chmod the src/cgal_test script.

A file cgal_test is created in that directory.
