- Replaced __GNUC__ excpetions with new workaround flag
  CGAL_CFG_NO_NESTED_TEMPLATE_KEYWORD.
- Added missing Polyhedron_traits_with_normals_3.h to cvs.
- New example polyhedron_prog_subdiv_with_boundary.C.
