Geert-Jan Giezeman 08ddc63e15 Changed the implementation of wait_for_process. 
It now uses kill -CONT to check if a process (still) exists.
It send a kill -TERM signal to the process only, not to the process group.

Geert-Jan Giezeman a3b0999dc0 Added a maximum run time for cgal_test scripts. This should 
guarantee that the testsuite finishes.

Geert-Jan Giezeman afdcdfc35d The name of the tester is now part of the filenames, to avoid nameclashes. 
This name is the value of $CGAL_TESTER, or else $USER or else of whoami.
Furthermore, the version of CGAL and LEDA are recorded, as well as the
contents of config/install.
