Laurent Rineau fa7588e6e5 Restore correct permissions of files 
File created by the Windows port of Emacs, and then commited using the
Cygwin version of Git, have incorrect permissions: they are all executable!
Andreas works using that combination of software.

Successfully test in CGAL-4.3-Ic-102

This commit fixes a few issues in the doxygen documentation and in particular
the figure for the generation of latex doc.

Sébastien Loriot 2dfe8a3d73 workaround for a doxygen bug: remove space after /!* to avoid a verbatim env 
this happens if you have an empty line or the text directly after /!*
to find them in the generated documentation, grep for "pre class=\"fragment\""
(a few of them are legitimate however)

Ross Hemsley 4d9caf3763 Added names that were missing into the Doxyfile.in entries. 
Also modified Installation/CMakeLists.txt to push the version number variable to the parent level
so that it can be accessed by the documentation

Philipp Möller 4c75c1a88d Implement compatibility between bgl_named_parameters for BOOST_VERSION >= 10510 
The implementation of cgal_bgl_named_params (ab)uses internals of
bgl_named_params. Those internals have been changed/removed in Boost
1.51 and I have added another implementation that (ab)uses the new
internals.

Philipp Möller 6276e88020 Add partial specializations for property_map that match const template arguments. 
This shouldn't be necessary, because it should never be called with
const arguments, but this works around a BGL bug. Those changes don't
fix the issues with the dijkstra example, as that would require adding
partial specializations for boost::filtered_graph, which would be a
little over the top.
