- the testsuite results have a link to the comparison page

Laurent Rineau 58ef28b8e1 Update after #7441 
Since PR https://github.com/CGAL/cgal/pull/7441 the tested versions of
Doxygen are changed from:

  - 1.8.4,
  - 1.8.13,
  - master,

to:

  - 1.8.13,
  - 1.9.6
  - master

This commit preserve the choice of Doxygen 1.8.13 as the default one for
published versions of the CGAL documentation.
