Monique Teillaud b1ef678231 - integration in Kernel of various functionality for lines, planes, spheres 
- addition of Circle_3 and related functionality
(all this comes from the spherical kernel package)

(the manual test-suite won't pass because of errors in the ambient
dimension stuff)
