Sylvain Pion ca022a173a - Add a new package "Testsuite" that gathers the test-suite infrastructure. 
- Move Scripts/test/ there.
- Add <CGAL/Testsuite/assert.h> that defines a CGAL_test_assert() macro.
  (yet to be documented)
