Menelaos Karavelas 0fe9ee676e fixed bugs that gcc 3.4 was complaining about; mainly added "this->" 
in front of inherited methods

Menelaos Karavelas 54be7985e1 the methods draw_{primal,dual}_{vertex,face} had not been documented and 
in fact they are not really necessary (well..., for the face methods one might
want to draw them as filled, but I will leave this for some upcoming release;
for the time being these methods have become protected (thus not visible to
the user) and the testsuite has been appropriately been modified

Menelaos Karavelas 974e5de242 number_of*() methods now return size_type; code in testsuite as well 
as in Apollonius_graph_2 and Apollonius_graph_hierarchy_2 had to be updated
