Sébastien Loriot d72337785c remove dependance on CGAL_PDB: merge from the branche created for that purpose

Laurent Rineau 63926d4b04 Add a check so that the test results processing script no longer tries to 
process files that are not completely transferred. In that case, the sshd
process still has an open file descriptor on the file, and fuser can detect
that.

Laurent Rineau dd84ba2151 That file is no longer used. Now, all packages from the trunk (or branch) 
are included in the release. If one want to skip a full package, put '*' in
its dont_submit file.
