- removed obsolete functions of Qt3 from Qt_widget
  - removed QMainWindow::addToolBar
  - removed QWidget::setBackgroundColor
- Qt_widget still has the interface as setBackgroundColor but makes a call to Q\
Widget::setPaletteBackgroundColor(QColor &)
