Geert-Jan Giezeman fdf45190ef Make the lib from *$(OBJ_EXT), that is, all object files that could be compiled. 
Making the library with 'make -i' now always produces a library.

Geert-Jan Giezeman c80fe1439c Added a warning when in testing mode. 
Now automatically places result file on web pages and version file
in repository.
Adapted creation of test/src directory: mv makefile_lib to makefile
and chmod the src/cgal_test script.

lib_no_install builds the lib without installing.
clean removes the library and object files.

Geert-Jan Giezeman f662b393c9 Added a reference to the platform description between every 15 result table 
lines (in the html output).
Added two flags to decide where the platform description should go: between (as
described above), besides the result table (as was fuctional already), none or
both.

Geert-Jan Giezeman db39c03d3e Major change. 
This revision now deals with the <platform>.info file.
In this file is recorded: the name of the tester, the version of CGAL and LEDA,
whether gmp and CLN are available. This information is put in the html file.
