Laurent Rineau 948b5a109d New commit hook: check authors-file.txt 
If a GForge user tries to commit in CGAL while its username is not
corrected documented in the HEAD version of
branches/next/Maintenance/git/authors-file.txt, then the commit is
rejected.

Laurent Rineau a57680dfa4 Remove the hook in start-commit. That script was sending me a mail per
