Laurent Rineau 8ac1df1f05 - MakePS=0 is now the default (as most CGAL packages are no longer 
compilable with latex, but only with pdflatex).

- Improvement of manual testsuite results:
  - if MakePS=0 (now the default), the LaTeX and PS columns are no longer
    shown,
  - new column "linklint remote urls", that test links that points outside
    the manual. That column is mostly red!!

links to the Qt documentation, but also links to the demos).

Sylvain Pion 551a92131b Run pdflatex instead of latex as the first step towards the HTML manual. 
This avoids requiring EPS/PS figures when only the PDF and HTML manuals are needed.
