Radu Ursu a7d95c3889 CGAL_CFG_LONGNAME_PROBLEM.C have been added 
VC6, VC7 will have this flag set.
CGAL_CFG_NO_LONGNAME_PROBLEM.C will be kept for backward compatibility couple more releasees
