Laurent Rineau deb5df23dc In install_cgal: 
*) printf -> ${_printf} twice
*) Added a check for printf, to test wether it handles options. In that
case, 'printf --' whould be used instead of printf alone. A workaround
shell function is then assigned to ${_printf}.
