Peter Hachenberger 69f63f82c6 the transformation of the k3tree is commented out. 
clone() has been edited, such that k3tree is only updated if necessary.
Since this doesn't work at the moment, it is not in use.

Peter Hachenberger e9d6877296 transform() does not work. The Bounding box has to be updated/transformed. 
An TODO is added.

Michael Hoffmann 7b347eebdf Fixed two bugs in QT installation reported by Lutz: 
- changed order of libCGALQt and libQT in ldflags
 - if QTDIR is set, do not overwrite later with a possible QT installation
   in system directories
