Laurent Rineau 294f5b7652 Add missing header 
CGAL-5.5.x latest test results are completely broken.

That is not due to any code change (there was none since the previous testsuite for 5.5.x). The error are due to Boost 1.84. Probably something change in the includes of Boost. The error is about `boost::prior`.  The header `<boost/next_prior.hpp>` must be included.

Mael Rouxel-Labbé 9c6456f949 Fix some precision issues for Bbox_3 / kernel object do_intersect tests 
The previous code relied on the kernel's FT having at least as much precision
as double, which isn't always the case.

Plenty of code still do this in Intersections_23...
