Geert-Jan Giezeman 5ef7bf817e Script that finishes an internal release. The script: 
- makes a diff between this and the previous version
- makes the web page announcing the release
- sends an email to the testers to start testing

Geert-Jan Giezeman fdf45190ef Make the lib from *$(OBJ_EXT), that is, all object files that could be compiled. 
Making the library with 'make -i' now always produces a library.

Geert-Jan Giezeman c80fe1439c Added a warning when in testing mode. 
Now automatically places result file on web pages and version file
in repository.
Adapted creation of test/src directory: mv makefile_lib to makefile
and chmod the src/cgal_test script.

Geert-Jan Giezeman 0a22cbe898 Added two targets to makefile_lib, for testing purposes. 
lib_no_install builds the lib without installing.
clean removes the library and object files.
