	draw_ps() created and
	reshape() modified.
	int scale become int *scale

Viewer_3.h:
	int scale become int *scale
	constructors modified and created (two new)

draw_CGAL_objects.h:
	to_ps() created for each Drawable_"object"_3 class
	new class : Drawable_triangulation_3 : 2D triangulation with 3D points

scene_group.h:
	constructors and destructors modified
