This directory contains:
   README          -- this file
   INSTALL         -- directions for how to INSTALL this package in order
                      to create the manuals and run the tests

   doc_tex/        -- directory containing the main tex files for the 
                      manuals (the "driver"), i.e., those files not 
                      submitted with packages but needed to create the manual.
   developer_scripts/ 
                   -- directory of scripts used for creating the manual
