- clean up CGALConfig files (gmp/mpfr version)

Sébastien Loriot 16b498b6e3 reference to the public documentation of Object, 
add the usage of dispatch output iterators and remove,
in my opinion, outdated several polymorphic objects returned 
(which is general and not specific here).
