Sylvain Pion b71b0e2e98 Remove the copy of src/* as test/src_* since it's buggy right now 
(hard to emulate the right makefiles anyway).  And hopefully we will
have the install.log file provide the information in the test-suite
soon...

Sylvain Pion 06a503c301 Add: // Comment for cgal_create_makefile : main() 
This way, cgal_create_makefile recognizes the program,
and generates a correct makefile entry for it.

Sylvain Pion 5dfde87b75 Remove now useless test program. It used to test the caching of polygon 
properties, but the caching has been removed, and now this file is
redundant with PolygonTest3.C.  It makes the test-suite barf since it does
not contain a main() function, so I remove it.
