Michael Hoffmann c367b7c66b On GCC 2.7, stl version is only set to CGAL_STL_GCC, 
if builtin STL is used,
settings are saved also for non-interactive installs,
with correct COMPILER string,
compiler are also read from INSTALL_CONF_DIR.
