Mael Rouxel-Labbé 1378280c79 Revert "Simplified typedef" 
This reverts commit fecfaacbaf.

Although this typedef is still useless, it's useful to check the sanity of
the names of template parameters of the periodic traits classes. If some
template paremeters are named like typedefs of the kernel (which is valid code,
but not ideal) some compilers will bug and fail to compile.

Laurent Rineau 19c5502ca8 Fix compilation of demos in non-header-only 
Now the variables `CGAL_Qt5_MOC_FILES` and `CGAL_Qt5_RESOURCE_FILES` are no
longer used by the definition of `CGAL_Qt5_extras`: other names are used.

`CGAL_Qt5_extras` is not supposed to be used directly by
users/examples/demos' `CMakeLists.txt`.

Laurent Rineau 62c70d41ca Renew the handle of policies, for CMake-3.10 
Now that we require CMake>=3.1, we can forget a lot of old CMake policies.

`CMP0053` `OLD` behavior is still needed, because of a bug in Qt5 CMake files, but it will
not be set with CMake>=3.10. Let's assume that a recent CMake version means
a recent Qt5 version.

Michael Vetter 154c48e8e3 Include OpenGL ES for arm 
If we compile CGAL with having Qt present on arm, Qt will use OpenGL ES
headers. But CGAL/gl.h includes specifically include <GL/gl.h> which are
the desktop headers. They cannot be mixed.

the parity of the number of constraints crossed is not used anymore.
The infinite component is tagged outside.
About finite components, inside/outside status is only based on seeds,

There is const static variable, transformed into a static variable of a global function. This is not a problem since this is only used in debug mode to test the rounding mode at the end of the program. Testing it several times is ok.

Change of Qt4or5 variables names.

Now: QT_VERSION => contains "QtX", with x 4 or 5 depending of the version wanted by the user.
     USE_QT_VERSION => variable to force the version of Qt wanted. If this variable is set, the Qt Choice drop-down menu doesn't appear on CMake-gui.
     QT_VERSION_USED => number of Qt version wanted (4 or 5).
     QT4 => TRUE if Qt4 chosen.
     QT5 => TRUE if Qt5 chosen.

Aurélien Vialon 46c8926854 New way to chose Qt version for projects configuration. 
Now, we have choice between "WITH_CGAL_Qt4" and "WITH_CGAL_Qt5" (like before because differents CGAL_QtX sources folders return).

Once the libCGALQt4 or libCGALQt5 configured, an cmake config variable "CGAL_QT_RECENT" allow us to know what is the more recent libCGAL_QtX configured.

Automaticaly,the demonstrations chose this recent version of Qt to build their project (even if a Qt version choice is proposed during CMake configuration)

During CMake configuration, when the user change the version of libCGAL_QtX, that change automaticaly the Qt version of find_package(QtX)

Now Qt4or5 is the thing allowing the choice between Qt4 and Qt5 (find_package(CGAL COMPONENT Qt4or5) or find_package(Qt4or5))

Rename Periodic_2_triangulation_2.cpp
Periodic_2_Delaunay_triangulation_2.cpp so that is named like the CMake
target. The default cgal_test script requires that. Before that
renaming, the Periodic_2_Delaunay_triangulation_2 demo was not compiled
by testsuites.

 -isystem dir

     Search dir for header files, after all directories specified by -I but
     before the standard system directories. Mark it as a system directory,
     so that it gets the same special treatment as is applied to the
     standard system directories. If dir begins with "=", then the "=" will
     be replaced by the sysroot prefix; see --sysroot and -isysroot.


The "special treatment" means that gcc will not warn about constructions in
headers in directories pointed by -isystem instead of -I.

In the CGAL testsuite, there are a lot of warnings that comes from
third-party libraries (mostly from Boost, but also from Eigen).

This patch tells cmake to use -isystem with gcc, for all CGAL 3rd-party
directories.

Laurent Rineau 2fbd163e14 Factorize the installation command of CGAL library into the macro 
The macro build_cgal_library(..) now defines the installation rules. That
should also fix a bug: now .dll files will be installed in
${CGAL_INSTALL_BIN_DIR}.

Laurent Rineau 9059b29647 Fix and factorize post-build commands on Windows 
The function build_cgal_library defined in
Installation/src/CMakeLists.txt now handles a lot more than before, to
factorize between the various */src/*/CMakeLists.txt files used to
build CGAL libraries.

For example, the definition of mangled names is now factorized in that
function.

Installation/src/CMakeLists.txt also sets the output directories for
runtime, shared libraries, and static libraries. DLLs will be created
in bin/ instead of lib/.

Laurent Rineau 9fec0d4a60 Fix revision 64600 
The revision 64600 was the merge of next into the branch
features/Aos_2-new_functors-tau. For an unknown reason (maybe a buggy svn
version), that merge forgot to apply some revision of next. And those
revision were thus cancelled when the branch has been reintegrated back
into next.

I am trying to fix that. This branch is a copy of the branch
features/Aos_2-new_functors-tau@64599 where the merge of next has been
reapplied. Let's see what are the differences with the buggy revision
64000.

That allows to build libCGAL_Qt4 and the Polyhedron demo with
-fvisibility-ms-compat on Linux.

That may allow to build CGAL_Qt4 as a DLL on Windows, one day.
