Sylvain Pion 17a22d8c40 Use italic for <math> in the style sheet instead of everywhere in the HTML, 
and use a serif font like in latex.
Introduce sym and big_sym classes for math symbols.

Laurent Saboret 6943b8e4d9 - Robustness : changed default KNN of Normals orientation wrt MST to 18. 
- Do not use the max_angle parameter of orient_normals_minimum_spanning_tree_3() anymore <= the original Hoppe92 algorithm is better.
- Code cleaning.

Laurent Rineau 3b5825b915 Now that we have release the beta1 of CGAL-3.4, and branched for CGAL-3.4, 
the trunk is now REOPEN for experimental commits, major breaking, crazy
stuff. Do what you want now, I do not care!
