Sébastien Loriot acb0950398 BUGFIX (together with 64192,64193,64194): 
Modifiable_priority_queue no longer depends on non-documented
boost code. This code has been copied into CGAL.

Modify boost's mutable_queue to have a constructor initializing
indices of elements not in the queue to the maximum number of elements.
Update pop to maintain this property

Sébastien Loriot 6838175967 plain copy of files from the release 1.46.1 (BOOST_VERSION 104601) 
from undocumented stuff for internal use in CGAL (Mofiable_priority_queue.h).

Laurent Rineau b81ae9f7e9 Update the cgal_test of the polyhedron demo. 
Currently the testsuite shows a red cell in the tests results but the
polyhedron demo is OK. The test is wrong.

$ svn merge --reintegrate \^/branches/features/Combinatorial_map-gdamiand
svn: Reintegrate can only be used if revisions 63074 through 64107 were previously merged from svn+ssh://scm.gforge.inria.fr/svn/cgal/branches/next to the reintegrate source, but this is not the case:

Laurent Rineau 28bc7ca5c0 Add some decl spec (import|export) to CGAL_Qt4 
That allows to build libCGAL_Qt4 and the Polyhedron demo with
-fvisibility-ms-compat on Linux.

That may allow to build CGAL_Qt4 as a DLL on Windows, one day.
