Lutz Kettner f51f901ae8 - Changed conditional compilation for _MSC_VER to 
_MSC_VER <= 1200 (i.e. VC6). We'll try to get the general
  design to work with VC7.

Susan Hert eb1a438606 removed test function with improper coordinate values in test suite; 
replace dummy argument with CGAL_MSVC_DUMMY_ARGUMENT in the hopes of pleasing
both MSVC and Borland.
