Sébastien Loriot e1946e3e18 Revert "cleanup and removed warnings" 
This reverts commit bef2c30c01.
There were some conflicts with the fixes in the branch
CGAL-fix_warnings-gdamiand, so we cherry-picked this commit
into the branch and resolved the conflicts.

That is a followup-to my commit last year:
