Laurent Rineau 3853df98b2 - UI improvement. 
- Allow the trilinear interpolation of labellized volumes.
- Allow to export the current image to Inrimage (useful for VTK images,
  for example).

I did it for 3D only because the degenerate 2D case should be 
handled by the circulator anyway.

I did not add the test which explodes the call stack (in case we plug
the recursive version): too slow for a testsuite. But incident_... 
methods are used everywhere in the code anyway.

Laurent Saboret bcb9e6a8af - Make sure that FindLAPACK.cmake always calls find_package(BLAS). 
- Added BLAS_INCLUDE_DIR and LAPACK_INCLUDE_DIR to support CBLAS/CLAPACK on Windows. This is the default on win64.
